Born in Turin, northern of Italy
A place well known for outstanding wines and truffles with a rich enogastronomic culture. He studied professional services at the Hotel and Restaurant College in Piemonte and gained experiences in luxury hotel restaurants in Italy and London. He got the AIS Italian Sommelier Association Certified Professional Sommelier qualification in 2001 and started to work as Sommelier. Living in Tokyo since 2006. He joined fine dining houses like "Armani Ristorante Ginza Tower", "Cuisine [s] Michel Troisgros" and "Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo".
