The "JAPANESE AWARDS" honors restaurants throughout Japan for their efforts to conserve the environment and biodiversity, and recognized their proposals for desserts that respect Japanese nature and Japanese herbs, as well as their efforts to develop menus that focus on raw materials, such as homemade yeast.
