As part of this philosophy, Chef Hamamoto hosted a group of 27 children from a kindergarten in his home prefecture (Gunma), to organize a food education event. The goal was to help the children understand the importance and joy of food through an informal lunch and a guided tour of the kitchen while the menu was being prepared. FARO will continue its mission to contribute to the realization of a healthy and prosperous society with care for the environment and innovation at the same time.
